I don't think clients will be happy if a channel address is clicked and the email program starts with the channel address in the recipient field.
That's seems like a good idea; it would make sure that people are logged in, unlike the link that's currently in the e-mail, which is simply the link to the channel. If they click on that but are not logged in, there won't be a connect button.The only problem I see is that when somebody gets an invitation in an e-mail, they don't have a channel yet, so I don't see how you could put that in the invitation...Would it be possible to automatically connect to the person who invited you? Although my guess is that that would be a major project to implement.Are invite codes somehow linked to the person sending out the invitation? Could they be used to auto-generate a direct message or notification the first time the invited user logs in?
